Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Every card is inspected and graded before it ships — this is non-negotiable and worth the wait.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We do not offer free shipping — every order is charged based on the actual cost to ship safely.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days for US orders and 7–14 business days for Canadian orders. These are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays.

Carriers
We ship via USPS and Canada Post depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Packaging
Every order is packed with care — penny sleeves, top loaders, team bags, cardboard stiffeners, and bubble mailers. Your cards will arrive in the same condition they left us.

International Orders (Canada)
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. Zombe TCG is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@zombetcg.com within 30 days of your ship date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@zombetcg.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
